It has been a few weeks since I have blogged, things have been busy around here. Getting ready for a craft fair and teaching classes means not a lot of blogging time. I thought I would pop in quick and share some random phone photos from the past month or so.

Halloween Cards
It is really starting to feel like Fall around here. I have been working on a lot of cards for classes at Craft Fancy and I wanted to share a few of those here that will be in my class this week.
I used a ton of Lawn Fawn Halloween stamps for these, they are just so fun to use!

Hawaii Mini Album: Part 2
For the second part of our trip to Hawaii we went on a cruise that stopped at all of the islands. It was a great trip with family and friends. If you missed the first part of the mini album here it is.
I added the map of the ship that we got when we boarded as well as some other things that I picked up that day.
The cruise started off with two days in Maui, one of the days we rented a car and did some shopping on the other side of the island. Such a fun day.
We all had fun sharing what towel animals were in our cabins each day and trying to guess what they were supposed to be.
The cruise was a great time with family and friends. I will be back tomorrow with the last part of our trip!

Hawaii Mini Album: Part 1
In April we went to Hawaii with my godparents and family members to celebrate that it has been 5 years since their son's bone marrow transplant. He is doing great and it was so fun to take this trip with all of them and celebrate his life.
I put together a mini album to take with me along with my Instax mini camera and a few scrapbooking supplies. Once we got back I decided to print out some more photos from the trip to complete the album. It turned into a huge book, so I will share a few photos of it each day this week.
The album is about 7 inches by 9 inches, the perfect size for all of those items that I picked up along the trip.

The trip was broken up into three different parts. The first few days my parents and I spent some time in Waikiki. I used the file folders to mark each part of the trip and to hold all of my journaling about what we did each day.
So that was the first few days of our trip. Tomorrow I will show you the cruise portion of the trip!

Scrapbooking Techniques Class this Week!
I am back after a little blogging break and I want to share my class at Craft Fancy with you. My scrapbooking techniques class is this Wednesday. We will be making two birthday themed layouts. I made mine with the birthday girl line from Echo Park but if you would rather use the birthday boy line these two layouts will work with that too!
I hope you can join us in class if you are in the area.

Quick Cards
I just wanted to pop in and share two cards I made today using my Studio Calico March kit. I used some of the left overs after making a few layouts to make these. Love how they turned out and I just had fun putting them together.
Have a great weekend!

Scrapbooking Techniques Class at Craft Fancy
I have been teaching the Scrapbooking Techniques class at Craft Fancy for a few months now and I think I have finally figured out what I want the class to be. I am so excited to share the two layouts that we will be making in class this month.
I had a blast using some new paper from Echo Park and some of my Great Grandmothers photos on these layouts. (Side note: the pictures on these layouts are bad photo copies, once the layouts come home with me then I will put on the original photos)
If you are in the area I would love to see you in class!

We are going to work on some ways to use sewing on pages this month, and create some of our own little embellishment groupings.
If you are in the area I would love to see you in class!
