Sketch Inspired

I was really inspired by the this sketch on the Studio Calico blog for these two layouts. It was fun to try something different.
Do you like to use sketches or do you prefer to do your own thing?

    I prefer sketches. That way I can spend my time choosing paper and embellishments instead. Love your take on the sketches.

    Great job on the sketches! I use them probably about 1/3 of the time I scrap - they definitely make it easier.
